  • 5-6chicken pieces 🐓
  • 1/4 cupsunflower oil 🌻
  • 4finely chopped onions 🧅
  • 1tomato puree 🍅
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste 🧄
  • 2 tbspgreen chillies paste
  • Salt to taste 🧂
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️
  • 1 tspcoriander & cumin powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspQorma masala
  • 1 tbspginger juliennes
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2-3 tbspfried & crushed onions 🧅
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves 🌿
  • 1 cupplain yogurt

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped onions 🧅 cook until golden, add ginger garlic paste 🧄 saute for 1 min. Fry chicken pieces till golden, cook on low flame, add 'Qorma masala' and mix well, cook for a few minutes.

    Add tomato puree 🍅, green chillies paste and mix well, cook until oil comes out, add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, coriander & cumin powder, turmeric powder, fried crushed onions 🧅 and mix well. Whisk yogurt, pour in the chicken mixture and mix well, add half cup water 💦 and mix well.

    Cook till oil separates from gravy and chicken gets tender, delicious 'Qorma' is ready to serve. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿. Serve with hot naan, toasted bread slices 🍞, plain rice 🍚.
