Ingredients

2-3 person

4-5baby potatoes (clean and wash properly)
Garlic powder
Chilli flakes
White pepper powder
Salt
Mixed herbs
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Freshly chopped coriander 🌿

Par boil the potatoes 🥔

Strain and put each potato on a baking tray and smash with the base of a glass/ mug.

Now sprinkle the seasoning 🧂 and put some cheese on each potato.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins at 180 degrees C.

Sprinkle some freshly chopped coriander and serve with your choice of dips and sauces.
