Steps

Pour oil in a dry pot, heat for 10 seconds, add tomatoes, peppers, onions, crayfish and stir fry on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add meat, ponmo, stock and cook on low heat for 5 mins.

Add water and adjust salt and seasoning as needed. Leave to cook for 10minutes on medium heat.

Add ugwu leaves, mix and cook for one minute.
Vegetable soup is ready - 5
Serve and enjoy!!!!
