Ingredients

  • 7-6Green chillies medium
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tspAamchoor
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspChilli flakes
  • 1/2 tspChaat masala
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slit and deseed the chillies.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in all the spices and lemon along with little water.

    Cook this mixture for 2 minutes.

    Stuff chillies with this masala.

    Put the chillies in the remaining masala.

    Cook covered for 5 minutes on low flame.

    Serve hot.
