  • સોયા સોસ ચીલી સોસ ટોમેટો કેચપ એક ચમચો
  • સ્વાદ અનુસાર નમક
  • કોથમીર ગારની સિંગ માટે

    સૌપ્રથમ બધી સબ્જી સમારી લેવી ત્યારબાદ તેમાં મેંદાનો લોટ એડ કરવો ત્યારબાદ તેના ગોળા વાળી

    તેલમાં તોડી લેવા એક લોયામાં તેલ મૂકી તેમાં બધી સબ્જી વધારવી ત્યારબાદ તેમાંથી લેશો સોયાસોસ ટમેટો કેચપ એડ કરી તેમાં બે ચમચી મેંદાના લોટની સ્લરી એડ કરવી એક કપ પાણી એડ કરી તેમાં મંચુરિયમ તળેલા એડ કરવા ત્યારબાદ તે મને કોથમીરથી ગાર્નીશ કરવું તૈયાર છે મન્ચુરીયમ
