Steps

Wash the cauliflower well. In a wok heat ghee and add whole garam masala of cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamoms and 2-3 green chilies, add cauliflower and stir.

Add crushed ginger, stir. Sprinkle some water and add salt, stir and cover to half cook
- 3
Add milk (milk should be in room temperature) and on medium flame bring it to boil. Cover to cook.

Add 2-3 green chillies, sugar and if needed salt. Stir. Add cashew paste and stir well.

Add garam masala powder and drizzle ghee, cover and switch off the flame
- 6
Plate and serve with rice
