Steps

Open the caul fat and cut it into rectangles.

Wash and cut the pork liver into pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels and place them on the caul fat.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the meat and wrap it in the caul fat. Repeat these steps until all the meat is used.

Place a bay leaf on top and skewer it. Alternate the meat with slices of bread, arranging them in a baking dish.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40 minutes.
