Finely chopped tomato, onion, ginger and garlic, and green chili.

Cook sarso and spinach leaves and drain. Cool and make a puree.Take a pan and add oil. When oil becomes hot add cumin seed and allow it to turn brown. Add onion and saute till translucent ginger and garlic cook for 2 min.Add tomato and cook till pulpy. Add spice powder and cook another 2 min. Add puree and simmer for 10 min.

Serve with makki ki roti.
