Cilantro and Radish Paratha

Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add water slowly and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

Peel and wash radish, ginger, onion. Grate radish and remove its excess water by squeezing. Chop onion, green chilli, ginger and cilantro. Add all dry masale ingredients and mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Knead the dough for 2 minutes. Take a small portion of the dough and make a ball. Roll it with the help of a rolling pin. Keep a portion of stuffing in the center and cover it by bringing edges to the centre and making a ball. Roll it again.

Heat a griddle and place paratha over it. Roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Now apply cooking oil on it and shallow fry.

Flip the side and fry from another side also. Likewise, make all the parathas.

Serve hot with butter and masala tea.
