Winter special Sewaiyon wali chai ☕️

Another winter special recipe is here, which I often love to make. Sewaiyon wali chai, specially I used thick vermicelli not the regular one. This one gives lot of taste to the tea.
It take a little more time than the regular vermicelli but the wait is worth. It can be enjoyed in the morning or evening. I was already bored of regular breakfast, so today I made it for my breakfast 😋😋
Also I like the flavour and aroma of desi ghee in it, so add a little extra ghee, you can totally skip it or use as desired.
You can either make proper tea and add the vermicelli in till and boil it properly, or follow my steps.

Steps

Break the vermicelli into small pieces.

In a saucepan and clarified butter. Then add the crushed vermicelli.

Sauté vermicelli till it changes colour. Just for 3-4 mins.

Add milk and water and bring it to boil.

Let it boil till the vermicelli is cooked properly. Add sugar.

Now prepare 1/2 cup strong kahwa.

Strain it directly over the boiled vermicelli. Mix well and bring 3-4 boils.

Pour in cup and enjoy.
