So presenting Shorshe Bhola Maach where mustard , green chilli and fresh coriander leaves are the key ingredients of this delish fish curry.
Steps

Marinade fish with salt + turmeric and rest for 10 - 12 minutes.
Make a smooth paste of soaked white and black mustard seeds.
Add turmeric powder + 1 tsp oil + 1 tsp salt + 4 tbsp water, mix it and keep aside. - 2
Chop potato and brinjal, Marinade with little salt + turmeric powder.
Fry till golden brown and keep aside. - 3
Fry marinaded fish till golden brown and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, allow to heat, add nigella allow to sizzle then add the mustard paste + little water and fry till rawness goes off.

Now add 3 cup water + salt + green chilli + fried fish pieces + fried potatoes and brinjal and give 4-5 times rolling boil.

Now lower flame to medium, add chopped coriander and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Now dish is ready to serve.

Enjoy with hot steamed rice.
