Scrape the hard skin of drumsticks & wash it. Cook it in a pressure cooker with turmeric powder, water & salt. After 3 whistles, remove from heat.

Cool it & drain it. Keep the drumstick stock aside.
Take the pulp of the drumstick with a spoon. - 3
Remove the seed & mash or grind the flesh or pulp of the drumstick.

Heat a steel vessel, pour ghee. When it melts, add crushed ginger garlic, chopped shallots. Saute it till it becomes soft, then add drumstick stock.

When it boils 10 min, add drumstick pulp, pepper powder & required salt. Stir it well 5 min.

Then add chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well. Remove from flame.

Serve it hot.
A Healthy and Delicious Drumstick soup is ready to Serve.
