On this special occasion when Cookpad turns 6 ,I want to share this delicious cake with the Cookpad team ,all admins and all my fellow authors. I have made this with lots of dry fruits and chocolate along with white chocolate ganache.All my friends love it.

On this special occasion when Cookpad turns 6 ,I want to share this delicious cake with the Cookpad team ,all admins and all my fellow authors. I have made this with lots of dry fruits and chocolate along with white chocolate ganache.All my friends love it.
Cooking Instructions

Sieve all purpose flour,baking soda and cocoa powder.

Grease the baking tin. (7" diameter)Dust it with all-purpose flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 min.

Blend milk, oil, sugar, and vinegar in a mixer jar on high speed. Add all-purpose flour mixture in it and blend on low speed.

Pour half of the batter into the greased baking tin. Mix 1 tsp.
all-purpose flour in the dry fruits. Sprinkle this over the batter. Pour leftover batter over it. - 5
Bake it for 35 min. Check it by piercing a toothpick in the cake.If it comes out clean it means the cake is ready.

For the ganache -Chop chocolate into small pieces, heat cream in a glass bowl in the microwave, and pour over the chocolate. Leave it for 2 min. and then mix butter into it. It should be of flowing consistency.

Now place the cake upside down on a steel stand, and pour the prepared ganache over it. Keep it in the fridge for 10 min.

For the chocolate toppers- melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, take a baking sheet, pour the chocolate on it, spread it Now with the help of a knife mark half circles on it.Keep it in the fridge for 5 min. Take another sheet,crumble it and then pour melted chocolate.Keep it in the fridge for 5 min.On another plastic sheet pour 1/2 tsp.chocolate and spread it with the tip of a spoon.Keep this sheet in a glass.Keep the glass in the fridge for 5 min.Remove them from the fridge and detach them

Now make a hole and stick all the toppers on the cake.
