Steps

Wash spinach properly and boil it.

After being boiled of spinach let it cool and grind it finely as paste in grinder.

Take a jar and put onion, garlic, ginger, tamatos and green chillies in it and make a paste of it.

Heat oil in a pan and put a pinch of Asofoetida. Now add onion puree paste into it

Add all the spices into it and cook it until oil get separated.

Now add spinach puree in it and saute it for 3 to 4 min. Now add some boiled water in it.

Add diced pieces of paneer in it. Your paalak paneer recipe is ready to serve

Serve it with roti, rice and naan
