Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida, salt, hot oil, mix well and knead a soft dough.

Take ball sized dough and flatten it. Wrap the dough according to the need and roll it slightly thick.

Prick the dough with a fork while frying so they do not puff up.

Drape it over a small bowl or cup. Remove the flour from outside the bowl.

Deep fry it in hot oil or bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle oil over the bowl until the dough seperates from it.

Now deep fry the bowl shaped dough till it turns golden brown and crisp.

Drain the excess oil on kitchen paper and keep it aside.

Prepare the chaat by collecting the bowl in a plate.

Add 1 tsp boiled chana, 1 tsp boiled and diced potato, 2 tsp moong sprouts, 1/2 tsp green chutney, 1 tsp tamarind chutney and 1 tbsp curd.

Sprinkle spices and salt. Add 1 tbsp onion and tomato on top.

Garnish it with tbsp sev, green chutney and some coriander leaves.

Finally, sprinkle chaat masala over the bowl of chaat and serve immediately.
