Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take maida, rava, baking soda, salt, hot oil and mix well.

Add water as required and knead for 5 minutes. Add smooth and stiff dough.

Now take a dough ball and flatten it. Apply oil on dough ball so that it does not stick.

Make slightly thick pooris using a rolling pin.

Now put the rolled kachori in the hot oil. Put some oil on the poori put in the and press it lightly so that poori puff up well.

Now flip it over and cook well from the other side as well.

Now take it out and let it cool. Now take poori and make hole in the middle of it. Once the poori cools down properly it will turn crispy. (Tow hours later)

Stuff 1 tbsp boiled potato, 1 tbsp boiled chana and 2 tbsp boiled moong dal.

Also add 2 tbsp of curd. One spoon each of green chutney and tamarind chutney.

Sprinkle spices and salt on top.

Add 1/2 tsp curd, tamarind chutney and green chutney over it.

Add 2 tbsp sev, 1 tbsp boondi, 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds, 1 tsp coriander and 2 tsp chopped onions.

Now enjoy the yummy chaat.
