In a cooker add ghee, cumin seeds, onion

And add some all vegetables like(potato,green chilli, cauliflower, tomato,peas,carrot)now add boiled neutrella (soyabean)

Now add ginger garlic paste,add some spices like (turmericpowder,salt,red chilli powder)now add green chutney (any)

Now mix it well.now add urad dal khichdi mix it well.

Add coriander leaves Now add water and close the cooker with lid and wait for 3 whistle.now after 10 min. Open the cooker and restaurant Style urad dal mix veg khichdi is ready to serve hot.
