For the dough - Mix flour,salt and water to make soft dough.Keep it aside for 5 min.

Wash and boil Bathua until soft. Squeeze.Cool it and grind.

Heat 2 tb.spoon. oil in a pan,add asafoetida,cumin, green chilli ginger and bathua.Cook it for 2-3in.Add all the spices and mix.Cook it for another 3-4 min.Let it cool.

Now divide the dough into 4 parts.Take one part,make a ball,flatten it and fill it with 1 tb.spoon.bathua mixture,close it from all the sides.Roll it like a chapati.

Heat a tawa,grease it and cook Paratha on both sides until golden brown. Pour ghee on it. Your tasty Bathua Paratha is ready to serve. Serve it hot with butter and tea.
