White Forest Cake

Place the bowl in which the the whipping cream is to be whipped and the hand beater in the freezer for 30 minutes. Take the heavy cream in a chilled bowl and whip it until it does not fall from the beater.

Add condensed milk, oil and powdered sugar in a bowl and make fat. Now place a Strainer over it and sieve it by adding Maida, baking powder and baking soda. Prepare the batter by adding vanilla essence and milk.

Now divide this batter into 4 equal parts. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil, add the first part of the batter and spread it. Cover the lid and bake on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Prepare the remaining two layers in this way. After that, place a dish on top of these three layers and cut into circles.

Now put some cream on the dish and put the first layer and spread rose water on it and then spread the whipped cream on it. Prepare all the four layers in this way. Cover the sides evenly with whipped cream and place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.

Now draw a line of rose and fennel syrup on the upper part and draw a toothpick once on the straight side and once on the inverted side. Fill the whipped cream into a cone with a nozzle and give a design, arrange the cherry on top and place colored fennel around the cake. So, White Forest Cake is ready.
