Heat butter in a kadai add chopped garlic, ginger green chilli and soute few seconds then add chopped onion and cook till translucent then add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add water and boil it until the broccoli is cooked nicely.

Now remove from the flame, allow it cool a little, once slightly cooled and strain excess water and then put it into the mixer jar with almond and make a fine paste.

Now heat butter another kadai add chopped garlic and saute then add oats powder, mix it and cook few seconds.

Then add milk and ground broccoli paste, mix it properly well. Now add black pepper powder mix it well.

Lastly add 1 tsp butter and cream mix it well and cook and let it simmer for few more minutes. Garlic Broccoli Soup is ready.

Serve it hot.
