  1. 2 cupsred cabbage
  2. 2-3onion rings 🧅
  3. 1carrot juliennes 🥕
  4. 1 tbspmint leaves 🌱
  5. 1chopped tomato 🍅
  6. Salt to taste 🧂
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1/2yellow bell pepper
  9. 1/2green bell pepper 🫑
  10. 2finely chopped green chillies

    Clean and wash red cabbage leaves 🥬 and shredded it keep aside, chopped onions 🧅, chopped tomato 🍅, cut carrot in juliennes 🥕, chopped yellow, green bell pepper 🫑, chopped green chillies and keep aside.

    In a bowl 🥣, combine all ingredients mentioned above and mix gently, add olive oil/ sunflower oil 🌻, salt, lemon juice, black pepper powder and mix well, add in serving bowl and serve.
