  • 200 gFlour
  • Baking powder 1level tsp
  • 125 gButter/margarine
  • 125 gCaster sugar
  • 3Medium eggs
  • 125 gMilk

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Cream the margarine and sugar in a bowl until soft and fluffy.

  2. 2

    Slowly add the well-beaten eggs, mixing continuously and beating really well each addition

  3. 3

    Lightly mix in the sieved flour, baking powder

  4. 4

    Divide into the lightly greased cake tins or paper cases

  5. 5

    Bake in a hot oven at 220°C (reg, 7;425°f) for 15-20 minutes.
