Ingredients

  1. For Marination -
  2. 2 tbsphung curd
  3. 2 tbsproasted gram flour
  4. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1 tbspcream
  6. 1 tbspmilk powder
  7. 2 tbspgrated cheese
  8. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tsplemon juice
  10. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  11. as requiredSalt to taste
  12. Fir blanching Broccoli -
  13. 6-7 piecesbroccoli florets
  14. as requiredWater
  15. as per tasteSalt
  16. as requiredIce cold water
  17. For tomatoes -
  18. 2-3tomatoes, cut in half
  19. as requiredSalt to taste
  20. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  21. Other ingredients -
  22. 2 tbspghee
  23. leavesFresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For blanching broccoli-
    In a large pot boil water, salt and add the broccoli florets and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Now add it in the ice cold water, let it cool down. Remove on a clean cloth and wipe it dry then keep aside.

    For Marination -
    Take a big bowl and add all marination ingredients and mix it well then add blanched broccoli florets, mix properly and set aside.

    Heat a pan with ghee and place the marinated broccoli, cook for all sides until the golden brown then cooked properly on medium heat.

    Apply the same marination to the tomatoes and cooked properly same pan on medium heat and keep aside. Tandoori Broccoli and tomato are ready.
