Steps
- 1
1. Soak the soya beans seed in water for 5 hours or overnight so that it becomes soft and easy to take off the skin.
- 2
2. Peel off the skin from the seeds. Rinse multiple times so that the seeds come out clean just like you do when making Moi Moi.
- 3
3. Put the clean beans in a blender. Add some water, ginger and blend together.
- 4
4. Pour the grinded soya beans in a sieve to remove the milk from the chaff.
- 5

- 6

- 7
7.turn off heat and leave the milk to cool
