Pyaz chill lyn. lehsan k jaway dho lyn(chilna nahi hy). cooker me gosht,namak,sabut garam masala,pyaz,lehsan or pani dal kar boil ane tak medium flame pe pakayn.

Jab boil ho jae to cooker ko weight laga kar (10-15mint) k liye cook kryn.

Gosht gal jae to nikal kar side pe rakh dyn or yakhni ko chan kar Gosht me shamil kryn or serve kryn.

Note:
Stock(yakhni) can be stored after cool down completely in any airtight box in Freezer for upto (3 months)
