Jollof rice (updated version)
Jollof rice served with lamb
Steps

Grill 1 onion/ 7 tomato / 4 tatashe/ 3 garlic & ginger
(I forgot to take a picture so I'm posting something similar I saw online)
Grill your pepper mix until they look close to burnt then blend - 2
Chop some cooked beef in small bits and fry (to add more taste)

Transfer oil in a pot and fry your chopped onions, then add bay leaves (fry for some mins) then add the tomato paste and fry until it's very dark

Add your blended pepper mix next and add your meat stock
Then add your spices :- knorr cube, Jollof spice, curry masala mix, salt, ginger/ garlic powder, thyme
- mix all and let it cook - 5
Once it's cooked add your per boiled rice and mix all together
Then add water (just a little water is fine)
Reduce the heat to the lowest -cover your pot with foil paper and pot cover - 6
Once rice is cooked add your chopped carrot, onions, tomato and fried meat
Mix all together and let it cook for some minutes - 7
Your Jollof is ready and it taste amazing
