Steps

Wash and dry carrot, radish and chilli. Cut them to equal sizes as shown.

In a nonstick pan add mustard, cumin, fennel and fenugreek seeds. Dry roast them till all air is reduced. When cool grind Couarsly.

In a pan heat oil and hing when it heats add all vegs. Mix it and switch off the flame. Add salt, dry roasted masala powder, chilli powder, turmeric, lemon juice, mix well. Our instant pickle is ready.
