Ingredients

  • 1whole cauliflower
  • 1/2 cupHung Curd
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspoil
  • As per tastesalt
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspkashmiri red chillipowder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspkasuri meethi
  • 1 tbspgram flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a whole cauliflower.

    Blanch the whole cauliflower in boiling water with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.Refresh in ice cold water.

    Now take the hung curd in a bowl. Now to this add all the other ingredients and make a paste.

    Now apply this paste to the the cauliflower and let it sit in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    After half an hour place the cauliflower on a baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

    Once done remove from oven and serve hot.
