Steps

Mix all dry in a big bowl including zest

Now add butter

Rub it into flour till well combined

Make a hole in the bowl

Add flavour(s) you may mix all to be 1tbs or use only one flavour

Add water bit by bit,till you have a thick,stretchy and smooth dough

Sprinkle board or surface with enough flour,cut out 100g of dough,roll and cut to desired shape

Aerate for 5-10mins

Deep fry till golden brown,while stirring frequently on med heat

Drain and enjoy with fav drink
