Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, red chilies, and khada masala, and stir.

Now add onion and stir for 2 minutes.
Add Chopped Ginger, green chilies, and all the spices and stir. - 3
Add some chopped Green coriander leaves and mix well.
Add tomato puree and mix well. - 4
Simultaneously, Shallow fry your eggs.
Add some water, and stir for a minute.
Mix well. - 5
After one boil, add Boiled eggs in it.
Cover the lid and Let it cook for 4-5 minutes, till the gravy gets thicker. - 6
Lift the lid and mix well.
Now add some Kasuri Methi and Chopped Coriander Leaves and cook for another 1 minute. - 7
Serve in a bowl or plate.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Roti and Rice.
