First of all clean the spinach leaves and wash it properly.

Heat oil, put meethidana, hing, green chilli.

Then add diced brinjal, fry for sometimes. Then add spinach leaves.

Cook for sometime, then. add chopped tomatoes, cover it and cook for sometime, till vegetables get soft.

Then add salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder and saute for a while.

Cover the vegetables and let it cook with its own water. We will not add any external water.

Once the vegetables leaves oil from the kadai, sabji is ready to serve.
