Ingredients

  • Sea Bass, butterfly cut
  • 20-30bird’s eye Chilies, crushed
  • 20 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Vegetable oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub salt on the sea bass.

  2. 2

    Heat the wok, put the vegetables oil. Put the sea bass to fry. Fry until turn to golden brown, flip the other side. Fry until turn to golden brown. Scoop up, drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    The same wok, add garlic and chilies. Fry until the garlic turn to light golden brown. Scoop up drain it. Then put it over the fried Sea bass. Ready to enjoy.
