An amazing dish that is so satiating and filling. It goes very well with Rotis or Parathas for a sumptuous Breakfast or a full fledged meal with some Curry or Gravy alongside. My family loves it for Breakfast mostly and also for Lunchbox.
With homemade Chapatis or Rotis with a list of variations on each day, my children loves it even on a daily basis. I make it in different ways for them each time and this time I chose Fenugreek Greens or Methi.
It's a great option and what's more better than this powerful Leafy Greens when it comes to a load of essential Minerals and Vitamins for the body. I love it too for this reason and it's a pretty much loved Greens by us.
The making process might differ a little but I guess that's not much of an issue. And I think the nutrients are more important here, so I make it this way. I hope many of you super home chefs will agree with me on this. And with that note, let's get started people.

Steps
- 1
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions. Add the Ginger Garlic Green Chilli paste and the Green Chillies too if using. I didn't use Green Chillies. Now add Onions and saute very well until light pink in colour. Now add the chopped Fenugreek Greens or Methi.
- 2
Followed by crumbled Paneer and the spices as mentioned. It gets done pretty much soon. And is therefore a perfect option for Breakfast on any day. Tomatoes can be added too if desired. Do not cook for a long time.
- 3
Cover it up and let it cook on a low heat for the next 10 minutes. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and serve hot with Chapatis or even Parathas. And can also be added to Subways, Frankies, Wraps, Rolls and Burgers. The options are endless. Enjoy!
