First, take a borosil microwave safe bowl. Add the grated carrots, ghee and milk. Turn well to combine.

Then microwave on 80 % power for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.

Take out and mix almonds powder, cashews and cardamom powder, condensed milk and mix well for 1 minute.

Again microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, turning after a minute.

Then cover and keep for 5 minutes. Now make small ladoos and roll them in some almond powder. Arrange on serving plate and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour. Then enjoy! Very good as party dessert, kids recipe or no fire recipe.
