Raw papaya kofta curry

Peel & grate papaya. Now squeeze it in a muslin cloth. Add in a bowl besan, all dry spices papaya & 1 teaspoon oil.

Mix it with hands, no need to add water. Heat the oil proper in a wok. Take some material on her palm, make any shape & deep fry them in oil.

When fry at golden brown take out from oil. Now for masala in grinder add roughly chopped onion, tomato & garlic. Make a smooth paste.

Add oil in a pan & roast masala. After 3 min when masala become dry add dry spices. Again roast it till oil separate. Now add 1 table spoon malai or cream in it.

Again cook it for 2 min, add some spoon water. Now add 250 mein l or 1 glass of water in it. Boil it on low flame.

When water & masala mix together proper, add kofta in it.cover with lid for some time till they absorb the curry.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves & serve with roti or rice. Yummy kofta curry is ready.
