Ingredients

  1. 500 gmmushroom
  2. 1green capsicum cut into small pieces
  3. 250 gmspeas duly boiled
  4. 1/2 teaspooncardamom powder, and cinnamon powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonkashmiri lal mirch, daniya powder
  6. 1 teaspoontomato sauce
  7. 1 teaspoonbutter
  8. 1 teaspoonghee
  9. 3tomatoes cut into pieces
  10. whole spices 4-5 cloves, 1 badi elaichi, 1 bay leaf, little kaso
  11. 10-12kaju (cashews)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee butter, mix in cloves, bay leaf and big cardamom,, then add cashews and cook, again add tomatoes and kasoori methi
    Cook till tomatoes got softened
    Add 1/2 glass water, sprinkle cinnamon powder and let it boil for 7-10 minutes on simmer flame

    Take out cloves, elaichi and leaf and make a paste out of it once it gets cool

    Now in a kadai put little ghee or oil and mix in cardamom powder, kasoori methi and kashmiri lal mirch and then add peas and capsicum,and mushroom saute it for 2-3 minutes
    Add salt to taste

    Now add in tomato paste, mix in little water to make curry and cook it for 10 minutes
    Stir it from time to time
    Add 1 teaspoon tomato sauce

    Garnish with hara dhaniya, ghee and cinnamon powder
