Take spinach leaves to add ginger garlic green chilli make a smooth puree.

In a mixing bowl add sorghum flour and wheat flour salt cumin seeds powder spinach puree and knead a tight dough. Cover and rest for 15 min.

Heat up oil in a frying pan. Meanwhile, divide the dough into small portions equally and roll each ball into a flattened circle.

Now slide into hot oil once pup up flips and cook. Strain from oil and put it into a kitchen towel or tissue paper. Then serve hot with any dip chutney sauce or veggies.

Your healthy puri is ready.
