Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsMaida
  2. as requiredSalt to taste
  3. 1 tspCrushed coriander seeds
  4. 1 tspCrushed fennel seeds
  5. 1 tspSesame seeds
  6. tspGaram masala1/2
  7. 1 tspAjwain
  8. 1 tspRoasted crushed jeera
  9. 1 tspRed chili powder
  10. 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  11. 1/2 tspChili flakes
  12. 2 tbspChat Masala + jaljira mix in a bowl for sprinkle
  13. As requiredOil for frying & moyan

Cooking Instructions

    Take maida, salt & all spices in a bowl.mix it nicely. Put hot oil in that so that it becomes mutthi bandh. {The oil should be heated for 5-7 min. on medium flame so that when you add in it the Maida, sizzling sound should come}.

    Knead it with Lukewarm water. Make small balls & roll it & fork it with fork. So that it does not rise up. Fry on medium flame till it becomes light pinkish. Sprinkle chat Masala + jal jira on the hot mathri so that it sticks to it !! Cool it & store it in air tight container.
