Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  3. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tspOnion powder
  5. 1 tspWorcestershire
  6. 1egg
  7. Desired Salt
  8. 1beef bullion
  9. 1/4 cupoil
  10. 1/2 tspground Pepper
  11. Small Onion, minced
  12. 3 TblCornstarch
  13. 1/4large onion sliced thinly
  14. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

30-45 mins

    In a medium bowl mix everything together except oil and cornstarch beef bullion, water and the sliced onion.

    Pat ground beef mixture into 4 same sized hamburger patties.

  3. 3

    Add oil to skillet, heat until oil is hot. Once at a good temp, brown and crisp both sides of patties. Remove patties. Don't cook entirely all the way.

    Note: the brown bit left in the skillet if searing will be the flavor to this dish

    Add sliced onion and sauté until it begins to soften. Scraping bits off the bottom.

    Add cornstarch. Stir using wisk desolving the cornstarch into a silky paste nd scraping bits off the button of the skillet.. Add beef bullion,salt n pepper to taste

    Add water, wisk at med heat until gravy has thickened.

    Return beef patties to onion gravy mix. Bring to a hard simmer for 1 minute.

    Turn burner down to a low simmer then cover for 20-30 mins until patties are tender enough to cut with a fork.

    Enjoy and serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie of your choice.
