Ingredients

20-25 minutes
6-7 servings
  1. 1 cupRoasted Gram or Putana Daal
  2. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  3. 1/2 cupJaggery powder
  4. 6-7 tbspmelted Ghee or Clarified Butter
  5. 4-5 tbspchopped Almonds

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    There is no need of roasting the daal. Just grind to a fine powder at first. Also add in cardamom and jaggery powders.

    Take it out onto a wide plate. Now add in the other ingredients as well. Mix well and start shaping into laddus of desirable size.

    Store in airtight containers after making them all. Enjoy as and when required. You will love it's flavour and aroma. Yum!
