Dryfruits and til Patti or ladoo

First of all dry roast peanuts, white til separately.cool it, remove the skin of peanuts.

Now dry roast the dry fruits. Grind the peanuts and dry fruits coarsely.

Now take a pan add ghee, then add jaggery and let it melt.

Once the jaggery melts and leaves the pan. Put a droplets of jaggery into cold water.

If after going into water it becomes hard, that means it's ready.

Now add the peanuts and dryfruits powder and finally add roasted til.

Mix it, add Elaichi powder and cook till it leaves the pan. Once ready spread it on greased plate.

Cut into strips or make ladoo once its warm.

These til pati and ladoos are ready to eat.
