  1. Beet Root 1small
  2. Carrot 5 big
  3. 1/2 tspLemon Zest
  4. 100 clWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash both well,peel beet root

  2. 2

    Grate and sieve,then set juice aside,pour into a blender,add zest blend 2mins or use a power blender to blend all, sieve

  3. 3

    Stay healthy
