  • 250 gmsbittergourd
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbspriceflour
  • 1/2 tbspsemolina
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1 tspcumin & red chilli roasted powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • As RequiredOil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Peeled wash and cut the bitter gourd pieces. Marinate with all ingredients except oil.

    Rest it for 5 minutes.
    Heat oil and put the bitter gourd chips. Deep-fry the chips till it's become crispy.

    Bitter gourd chips are ready.
