Ingredients

1 hr 30 minutes
4 people
  • 1500 gTurnip; grated
  • Rice Flour
  • White Pepper
  • 2-3Chinese Sausages; Steamed and Diced
  • 10 gDried Shrimp; Soaked and Diced
  • 10 gDried Scallop; Soaked and Sliced
  • 5Dried Mushrooms; Steamed and Diced

Steps

1 hr 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook grated turnip until transparent with 1 TABLEspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons white pepper

  2. 2

    Cool down the turnip for later use

  3. 3

    Saute Chinese sausages, mushroom, dried shrimp and dried scallop until scented

  4. 4

    Add the ingredients to turnip and mix well

  5. 5

    Sieve 250g rice flour to the mixture and mix well

  6. 6

    Pour mixture to a container and steam for 1 hour

  7. 7

    Cool down the cake and refrigerate for later use

  8. 8

    Cut the cake into slices and pan fry for serving
