Chinese White Turnip Cake 中式蘿蔔糕

Cook grated turnip until transparent with 1 TABLEspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons white pepper

Cool down the turnip for later use

Saute Chinese sausages, mushroom, dried shrimp and dried scallop until scented

Add the ingredients to turnip and mix well

Sieve 250g rice flour to the mixture and mix well

Pour mixture to a container and steam for 1 hour

Cool down the cake and refrigerate for later use

Cut the cake into slices and pan fry for serving
