Ingredients

  1. 1 cupoats flour
  2. 1/2 cuprava/suji
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1 medium sized grated beetroot
  5. As RequiredWater according
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. 1 packeteno salt

  1. 1

    In a bowl add oats flour, rava, curd and grated beetroot in this and mix it and water according to your need and make idli better.

  2. 2

    Now keep it side for 20 min when rava is raise add salt and eno in this and given one nice mix.

  3. 3

    Now heat your idli stand and gress with oil to your idli tray them add idli better is this and cook them for 5-8 min in low medium flame.

  4. 4

    When idlies are completely cool them remove all idlies from idli tray and serve this yummy delicious beetroot oats and rava idli with coconut chutney and enjoy it.
