Steps

Cut & clean Cauliflower properly. Boil it for 2 minutes.Then strain the water & add chill water with florets. strain it & keep aside.Heat oil in kadai & add cumin seeds & green chillies.

After splattering, add Cauliflower florets on it. Fry it well.

Then add turmeric powder & salt. Again fry it. Then add 1/2 cup water. Cover & cook it for 5 minutes. Then add sugar, garam masala powder & roasted jeera powder. Cook it for 1 minutes & it's done. Serve it with Luchi or Paratha.
(don't add tomato & Coriander leaves).
