At first, I fry on medium heat because if the heat is too high, the surface of the cake becomes very hard.

Take the bánh tét out of the fridge and slice it into 0.6-inch thick pieces. Remove the leaves and arrange in a single layer without overlapping. First round: 320°F for 10 minutes.

Flip the pieces and bake for the second round: 356°F for 5 minutes. At this point, one side of the cake will be golden.

Third round: 356°F for 5 minutes, the other side of the cake will turn golden.

Note: Do not use high heat from the start, as the surface of the cake will become too hard to eat.
