First take a mixing bowl add mutton Keema, curd, ginger garlic paste and mix it well then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and 1 tbsp oil, mix it properly and marinate for 30- 45 minutes. Keep aside.

Heat oil and ghee in a kadai add all whole garam masala, bay leaves and saute for few seconds then add chopped onion and fry them on low heat. Then add marinated mutton Keema, salt, mix it well, cover and cook on low heat till allmost dry and cook.

Now add 1 cup hot water mix it, cover and cook 8-10 minutes on low heat. Then open the lid and stir continuously and dry them, till Keema almost cooked.

When keema cooked and oil leaves in surface and bubbles are seen then turn off the flame. Mutton Keema is ready.

Serve with naan, bread,roti, Paratha.
