  1. 250gm- Murmura
  2. 200gm-Jaggery
  3. 1/2 TSPghee optional
  4. 2 tbspwater

    Keep the all ingredients ready

    First dry roast the murmura for maintaining crunchiness at low medium flame for 5min.

    Take out murmur in big utensils. Now in the same pan add ghee, jaggery and water and stir continuously till Jaggery starts boiling.

    Drop the jaggery mix in a bowl which filled with water and checks if the jaggery in bind form it means it's done.

    Mix murmura in jaggery properly.And cool down till your palm talrate for binding ladoo।.

    Grease you Palm with ghee or water bind ladoo according to your preferred size.Keep it in airtight container.
