Get a clean pot and per boil your noodles for about a minute, when it’s done strain and set aside

In a wok or pot, heat 3 tablespoon of oil, add your shrimps and sausage and fry on a low heat, once it’s done bring it out and set aside

Add your diced carrots, scotch bonnets, and onions stir and allow to sauté then add a sachet of indomie seasoning

You’ll now introduce your noodles to the pot and add the rest of the indomie seasoning and stir very well and allow cook for at least a minute
- 5
Serve and enjoy !😃
